📥 Mailing List Submission
You can upload your list now or later. If you prefer, email your mailing list to order@gdppv.com, or select Printing Only.

📧 Order Confirmation Process
If you choose to email your list, we will follow up with an email reminder within 24 hours. Please note that we will not move forward with the order without the mailing list.

📋 Mailing List Guidelines
Upload your mailing list using our Mail List Template for the best results.

✉️ Personalization Options
Choose if you would like to utilize Mail Merge to personalize each letter, addressing it to specific individuals using your mailing list.

📬 Postage Selection
Select your type of postage: Standard Bulk Mail or 1st Class Mail.

🔢 Order Quantity
Enter the number of pieces to be mailed.

🛒 Add to Cart
Click “Add To Cart” to proceed with your order.

💳 Payment and Proofing
Order and pay for your product. We will provide a proof within 24 hours. Once approved, we will move into production. Note: The project cut-off time is 2 PM, and turnaround will start on the next scheduled business day.

📦 Mailing Confirmation
An email will be sent once your product has been mailed.

Design Specifications and Templates

📄 File Preparation Recommendations
We recommend saving your file for print as a PDF. We prefer that you send PDFs with embedded or outlined fonts. PDF files are easier to handle and will likely speed up your turnaround. Remember to flatten your files before uploading. When creating a PDF, please ensure it is a Press-Ready PDF.

📏 Bleed Requirements
Ensure that the bleed extends past the cut-line, as it will be trimmed from the product during the final cutting phase. When the image is required to extend all the way to the edge, bleed is needed to preserve the finished look and quality of the final product.
