    • For those working with tight schedules, same-day printing is available to keep your campaign on track.
  5. Estimated Mail Delivery:
    • Standard Bulk Mail Postage typically takes 5–10 business days (delivery times are not guaranteed).
    • On the other hand, 1st Class Mail Postage delivers in 2–4 business days (delivery times are not guaranteed).

Ordering Process:

  • Choose your size of greeting card (5.5″ x 8.5″, 10″ x 7″, or 8.5″ x 11″ Scored in Half)
  • Enter your Quantity
  • Choose if you Need Envelopes (Blank Envelopes or for Full Mailing Service)
    • If yes, choose your Quantity
  • Click Continue to Design and Mailing Services
  • Choose to upload your file or have us design it for you
  • Choose to upload your list now or later (email mailing list to order@gdppv.com)
    • If you choose to email your list, we will follow up with an email reminder within 24 hrs. We will not move forward with the order without the mail list.
  • Upload your mailing list (See our Mail List Template for best results)
  • Choose your Type of Postage (Standard Bulk Mail Postage or 1st Class Mail Postage)
  • Enter the Number of Pieces to be Mailed
  • Click Add To Cart
  • Order and pay for your Product
  • We will proof you within 24 hours. Once Proof is approved, we will print and mail.
  • Product will be printed and mailed Same Day of approval (Project cut-off time is 2PM. Turnaround will start on the next scheduled business day.)
  • Email will be sent once the product has mailed.

Design Specs and Template:

We recommend saving your file to print as PDF. We prefer that you send PDF with embedded or outlined fonts. PDF files are easier to handle and will likely speed up your turn-around. Remember to flatten your files before uploading. When creating a PDF, please make sure it is a Press-Ready PDF.

Bleed must extend past the cut-line and will be trimmed from the product during the final cutting phase. When the image is required to extend all the way to the edge, bleed is needed to preserve the finished look and the quality of the final product.

  • Please keep all text at least 0.125″ inside the cut-line.
  • Create all artwork with 0.25″ Bleed all around.
    • 5.5″ x 8.5″
      • Bleed Size: 5.75″ x 8.75″
    • 10″ x 7″
      • Bleed Size: 10.25″ x 7.25″
    • 8.5″ x 11″
      • Bleed Size: 8.75″ x 11.25″
