Streamlined Process for Customized Mailing Solutions

Step-by-Step Guidance for Your Mailing Needs

  • 🖼️ Upload or Design: Choose to upload your file or have us design it for you.
  • 📋 Upload Your List: Choose to upload your list now or later (email mailing list to order@gdppv.com) or choose Printing Only.
  • 📧 Email Reminder: If you choose to email your list, we will follow up with an email reminder within 24 hrs. We will not move forward with the order without the mailing list.
  • 📂 Mailing List Upload: Upload your mailing list (See our Mail List Template for best results).
  • ✉️ Mail Merge Option: Choose if you will have Mail Merge/Personalize each letter (Address the letter to a specific person using your mailing list).
  • 📮 Postage Type: Choose your Type of Postage (Standard Bulk Mail Postage or 1st Class Mail Postage).
  • 🔢 Number of Pieces: Enter the Number of Pieces to be Mailed.
  • 🛒 Add To Cart: Click Add To Cart.
  • 💳 Order and Pay: Order and pay for your Product.
  • 📄 Proofing Process: We will proof you within 24 hours. Once Proof is approved, we will move into production. (Project cut-off time is 2 PM. Turnaround will start on the next scheduled business day.)
  • 📬 Mailing Confirmation: An email will be sent once the product has mailed.

Design Specs and Template

We recommend saving your file to print as a PDF. We prefer that you send a PDF with embedded or outlined fonts. PDF files are easier to handle and will likely speed up your turnaround. Remember to flatten your files before uploading. When creating a PDF, please make sure it is a Press-Ready PDF.

  • 📏 Bleed Requirements: Bleed must extend past the cut-line and will be trimmed from the product during the final cutting phase. When the image is required to extend all the way to the edge, bleed is needed to preserve the finished look and the quality of the final product.
  • 🔒 Text Safety: Please keep all text at least 0.125″ inside the cut-line.
  • 🎨 Artwork Specifications: Create all artwork with 0.25″ Bleed all around.
