Upload Artwork and Design Service Options

  • Choose to Add your information and text to the template now or later (email your information, photos, and text to order@gdppv.com), upload your files or have us design it for you
  • If you choose to Update my current template on file or Create me a new template, email your information, photos, and text to order@gdppv.com after you pay. We will not work on your order without payment.
  • If you choose to Add your information and photos now, you will be prompt to do the following:
  1. Add Property Address
  2. Add Headline
  3. Upload Main Photo
  4. Upload Additional Photos (check template to see how many you need to upload)
  5. Upload Logo and/or Headshot(up to 5 Photos)
  6. Add Number of Bedrooms
  7. Add Number of Bathrooms
  8. Add Number of Home Square Feet
  9. Add Number of Lot Square Feet
  10. Add Additional Property Features
  11. Add Price
  12. Add Description of Property
  13. Add Links to website and/or virtual tour
  14. Add Your Name
  15. Add Your Phone Number
  16. Add Your Email
  17. Add Your Designations/License Number
  18. Add Your Company
  19. Add Your Social Media Accounts
  20. Add Your Website
  21. Add Notes to explain more in detail (Optional)

  • Order and pay for your Product
  • We will proof you within 24 hours. Once Proof is approved, we will move into production. (Project cut-off time is 2PM. Turnaround will start on the next scheduled business day.)
  • Email will be sent once the product has mailed.

Design Specs and Template:

We recommend saving your file to print as PDF. We prefer that you send PDF with embedded or outlined fonts. PDF files are easier to handle and will likely speed up your turn-around. Remember to flatten your files before uploading. When creating a PDF, please make sure it is a Press-Ready PDF.

Bleed must extend past the cut-line and will be trimmed from the product during the final cutting phase. When the image is required to extend all the way to the edge, bleed is needed to preserve the finished look and the quality of the final product.

  • Please keep all text at least 0.125″ inside the cut-line.
  • Create all artwork with 0.25″ Bleed all around.
